We are proud to pay tribute to Susan Stith, vice president of Diversity, Inclusion & Corporate Giving, who was honored with two prestigious awards. Susan is a member of our Board of Directors.

The Brotherhood Sisterhood Award was presented to Susan on June 6 by the National Conference for Christians and Jews (NCCJ). Five other colleagues of hers also received this award. It recognizes the power of diversity, inclusion and equity.

The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis then honored Susan on June 9, along with several other colleagues, at their Salute to Women in Leadership Gala.

The award was created to recognize women who have gone above and beyond to serve their communities. These outstanding women embody the Urban League’s mission to help provide opportunities for those individuals and communities who need it most.

Susan’s favorite author, Dr. Suess, perfectly summed up the magnitude of this recognition: “Unless someone like you cares a whole lot, nothing’s going to change. It’s not.”

Susan’s leadership is ideal for Starkloff. Her caring action is changing attitudes toward disability.

Congratulations to Susan on these well-deserved achievements!
