About this session

Let’s be honest: building a workplace where employees can perform at their best and grow their careers requires more than good intentions. Employees with disabilities often navigate barriers that can impact engagement, retention, and advancement, yet the problem-solving skills, innovation, and resilience they bring are tremendous assets to organizations. This session moves beyond high-level theory and focuses on practical strategies employers can implement today. Participants will learn how to foster a culture where employees feel comfortable requesting workplace adjustments, set clear expectations that support well-being, and create pathways for career growth and leadership development. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to strengthen disability inclusion, improve employee experiences, and unlock the full potential of their workforce.
