Register for Career Camp

Unlock a summer of possibilities for your student with disabilities! Dream Big Career Exploration Camp is back with four in-person weeks.

During Camp, students explore the possible career paths at top, inclusive companies in St. Louis through visits and hands-on activities, all paired with our “Adulting with a Disability” curriculum.

Dream Big prepares transition-aged youth to be successful, independent adults with disabilities. Our students learn having a disability doesn’t mean settling for less.

Dream Big 2026 Camp Dates

Camp Week 1

  • When: June 8 – 12
  • Who: Middle school students with disabilities (ages 11-14), who are planning to go on to college, trade, or tech school. Students with disabilities include, but are not limited to, students with IEPs and 504 Plans.
Week 1, Middle School. Starkloff Disability Institute Dream Big Career Exploration Camp. Make friends, discover disability history, build leadership skills, meet role models.

Camp Week 2

  • When: June 22 – 26
  • Who: High school and transition age students with disabilities (ages 14-21), who are planning to go on to college, trade, or tech school. Students with disabilities include, but are not limited to, students with IEPs and 504 Plans.
Week 2, High School. Starkloff Disability Institute Dream Big Career Exploration Camp. Make friends, discover disability history, build leadership skills, meet role models.

Camp Week 3

  • When: July 13 – 17
  • Who: High school and transition age students with disabilities (ages 14-21), who are planning to go on to college, trade, or tech school. Students with disabilities include, but are not limited to, students with IEPs and 504 Plans.
Week 3, High School. Starkloff Disability Institute Dream Big Career Exploration Camp. Make friends, discover disability history, build leadership skills, meet role models.

Camp Week 4

  • When: July 27 – 31
  • Who: High school and transition age students with disabilities (ages 14-21), who are planning to go on to college, trade, or tech school. Students with disabilities include, but are not limited to, students with IEPs and 504 Plans.
Week 4, High School. Starkloff Disability Institute Dream Big Career Exploration Camp. Make friends, discover disability history, build leadership skills, meet role models.

If you have lived disability experience and/or are passionate about disability inclusion, this is a perfect way to spend your summer.

Each of us on staff learns something new during Dream Big Camp each summer (no matter how many times we’ve been a part of it). Along with leading and supporting students on their journeys of self-discovery, you get an inside look at St. Louis’ top companies.
