About this session

This session explores the critical intersection of cognitive ergonomics and neurodiversity to create workplaces that support focus and mental well-being. Participants will examine how environmental stressors, such as poorly designed digital interfaces and high-sensory physical layouts, contribute to cognitive overload and executive dysfunction. By applying human factors engineering principles, we will identify evidence-based strategies to mitigate these barriers for neurodivergent individuals while improving productivity for all employees.
