Michael spent 10 years at Amazon, leading creative across Amazon's ecosystem. He authored the Fire TV Global Brand Book, the visual and motion system governing hundreds of millions of devices worldwide. He directed 28+ global product launches. He founded Amazon's first in-house ASL interpreting agency from scratch. Recently Michael founded Non-Breaking Space, a disability-led creative studio where he makes accessibility part of the culture, not a checklist.
