This presentation explores practical strategies for creating more inclusive workplaces for Deaf and hard of hearing employees. Drawing on extensive experience in employment services, it will address barriers in recruitment, onboarding, communication, accommodations, workplace culture, and retention. Participants will gain practical tools to improve communication access, strengthen employer practices, and build Disability Confidence while creating workplaces where Deaf employees can successfully contribute and advance.
