The Call for Speakers is open for the 2026 Starkloff Disability Employment Summit!

If you’re doing real, impactful work in disability inclusion—we want you on the stage.

The Starkloff Disability Employment Summit (SDES) is disability-led by design, and that starts with our speakers. We especially encourage people with disabilities to submit a proposal and bring their expertise, lived experience, and perspective to the Midwest’s leading workplace disability inclusion summit.

This October, we’re bringing together professionals from across the workplace (HR, DEI, ERG leadership, marketing, IT, accessibility, and beyond) for two full days of honest conversation and actionable learning. We’re looking for breakout session speakers who can deliver sessions grounded in real experience and built for real application.

Proposals welcome at all levels, foundational to advanced, and across every workplace function.
