Today, we are thrilled to introduce six exceptional individuals who joined our Board of Directors in January 2026. Each brings unique expertise, passion, and lived experiences that will strengthen our mission to create a more inclusive community. Tiffany Dill.

Champion of Universal Design and Accessibility

Tiffany Dill, OTD, MPH, OTR/L, ECHM

Accessibility-Universal Design Consultant • Occupational Therapist, Shriners Hospitals for Children

Tiffany Dill is a licensed occupational therapist and accessibility consultant with a deep commitment to universal design, as well as lived disability experience. With nine years of design-build experience and clinical practice since 2015, Tiffany specializes in creating inclusive spaces that are both functional and beautiful. She is the founder of the Inclusive Design Alliance in St. Louis and actively mentors students, advocating for barrier-free environments. Tiffany’s expertise in universal design will help advance our work to grow inclusion where we live, learn, work, and play.

Her work as a content creator through her blog, Blue Day 2, and newsletter, The Joyful Blueprint, further amplifies her advocacy for accessible design and simplified living. Tiffany’s leadership will enhance SDI’s efforts to grow awareness and excitement about the exponential benefits of inclusion.

Cole Hoffarth.

Architect of Inclusive Spaces

Cole Hoffarth, AIA, NCARB

Senior Associate, Lawrence Group

Cole Hoffarth is a registered architect with over 13 years of experience in historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects. Their passion for universal design shines through in their work, transforming old spaces into vibrant, accessible environments for all. Cole’s portfolio includes large-scale projects across the St. Louis region, such as the City Foundry STL, WashU/Quadrangle Housing, and The Sovereign concert venue.

As a member of the Starkloff Universal Design Summit Advisory Committee, Cole has already contributed to advancing inclusive design principles. Their commitment to setting a new standard for architecture in St. Louis will be invaluable as SDI amplifies our advocacy for universal design in public and private spaces.

Taylor McCabe.

Expert in Grants Management and Social Impact

Taylor McCabe

Director of Grants Management, BioSTL

Taylor McCabe brings over a decade of experience in grants management and nonprofit leadership to SDI. As the Director of Grants Management at BioSTL, Taylor has successfully overhauled financial systems, secured funding for innovative programs, and championed equity in the biosciences. His background as a former special education teacher and social worker reflects his dedication to empowering people across our community to thrive.

Taylor’s strengths in strategic planning, compliance, and quality improvement will help SDI expand our programs and reach. His leadership in initiatives like the MO-BEST pre-apprenticeship program demonstrates his ability to create sustainable pathways for underrepresented groups. We are excited to have Taylor joining SDI to continue that work with us!

Eric Reyes.

Advocate for Disability Inclusion

Eric Reyes

North American Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Relationship and Program Manager, MilliporeSigma

Eric Reyes is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), with lived experience as a person with a visible disability acquired mid-career. As the Relationship and Program Manager for Global Belonging and Inclusion at MilliporeSigma, Eric co-founded the I’M Able employee resource group and developed a universal design facilities toolkit. Eric is a familiar face to many as a frequent SDI program volunteer, including hosting Dream Big students to understand their career possibilities to panel discussions at our Starkloff Disability Employment Summit.

Eric’s personal journey, from navigating life with a spinal cord injury to becoming a leader in DEIB initiatives, makes him a powerful advocate and role model for our students, candidates, and community. His insights and advocacy are foundational to our philosophy as a disability-led organization and will drive our mission forward.

Casey Wisdom.

Leader in Transition Services for Students with Disabilities

Casey Wisdom

Director of Transition Services, Special School District of St. Louis County

With over two decades of experience in special education and transition services, Casey Wisdom is a trailblazer in empowering students with disabilities to achieve their full potential. As the Director of Transition Services for the Special School District of St. Louis County, Casey has built partnerships with employers, agencies, and post-secondary institutions to expand opportunities for students. Her expertise in professional development, program improvement, and transition readiness will be a tremendous asset to our youth initiatives, Dream Big and Access U. In fact, Casey worked closely with us to create our Dream Big curriculum almost 10 years ago!

Casey’s dedication to fostering independence and self-advocacy among young people with disabilities is a core part of our work to help disabled people thrive.

Jeff Zornes.

Visionary in Real Estate and Development

Jeffrey Zornes

Business Development Officer, The Bank of Missouri

Jeffrey Zornes brings 35 years of experience in real estate, banking, and development to SDI. As the Director of Business Development at The Bank of Missouri, Jeffrey has a proven track record of executing large-scale projects, including mixed-use developments and historic tax credit projects. His expertise in strategy, portfolio management, and community engagement will help SDI explore new opportunities for growth and sustainability.

Jeffrey’s commitment to community service, including his involvement with organizations like the St. Vincent de Paul Society and Boys and Girls Town of Missouri, reflects his dedication to creating inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. Over his years of partnership with SDI as a donor, we know Jeffrey’s commitment to our mission runs deep. As a board member, his skills and expertise will help move the needle on disability inclusion.
