Thank you for your interest in Universal Design Summit 8!

Due to space constraints, requests for exhibit booths will be reviewed for approval on a first come, first served basis. Early requests are encouraged!

All exhibitors can include an item in attendee tote bag and will receive contact information for attendees who opt in for sharing.

Booth Price List

Three types of booths are available:

Premium at $2,500: 4 available, high visibility corridor location, 10 x 10 feet

Double at $2,000: Exhibit hall, 20 x 20 feet

Single at $1,000: Exhibit hall, 10 x 10 feet

Since our founding, Starkloff Disability Institute has been a leading expert in Universal Design.

Our Universal Design Summit (UDS), first held in 2002, is North America’s premier conference on Universal Design (UD). The Summit brings together architects, engineers, builders, developers, interior designers, disability advocates, and interested community members from across the world. Presenters showcase universally designed facilities and products and share design strategies and innovations to push the field of Universal Design forward.

Starkloff Disability Institute is excited to announce Universal Design Summit 8 (UDS8) is happening November 18 – 20, 2026, at Saint Louis University (SLU) in Saint Louis, Missouri, and online.

Our 2026 theme is Emerging Advancements, Trends, and Technologies in Universal Design.”​​​​ We will examine Universal Design’s newest research, technology, and societal advancements and how those advancements can allow for an even larger impact in creating an inclusive world.

You’re invited to submit a booth request form to exhibit at Starkloff Disability Institute’s Universal Design Summit 8.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, May 20, 2026. Selected exhibitors will be notified by Friday, June 12, 2026.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Before you submit a proposal, please review the FAQ below for more information (access the answers by expanding the tabs below).

Occupancy of booth space by more than one exhibiting organization is not allowed unless written permission is received from the Universal Design conference organizers.

Exhibitors & vendors will be required to provide a certificate of insurance denoting additional insureds include both the hosting organization (Starkloff Disability Institute) and host site (Saint Louis University).

Displays and arranged materials must be done in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The Exhibitor is responsible for the neat, safe, and orderly operations of its space at all times. No equipment may be set up outside designated booth space, and all aisles must remain free and unobstructed at all times.

Equipment demonstrations and other sales presentations must be confined to your booth, and at a noise level not disruptive to nearby exhibitors. If you require additional space for demonstrations, that information will need to be communicated to Starkloff Disability Institute and arranged in advance.

Saint Louis University and Starkloff Disability Institute will NOT provide overnight security. The exhibition floor will be closed and locked at the end of nightly activities. All exhibitors are responsible for securing their own materials during the show and during times the exhibition is not open.

No refunds will be made if the vendor cancels prior to the event dates or fails to appear at the conference.

After submission, a copy of your responses will be sent via email to the address provided on the form.
